During the past year Swedbank has conducted an evaluation process for procurement of print and copy services. The procurement process, which has evaluated the leading players in the Nordic and Baltic countries, resulted in Swedbank choosing to sign agreement with Prodoc.
The agreement with Prodoc is valid for four years and is a comprehensive commitment within print and copying services. The agreement includes delivery, service, maintenance and support to all of Swedbank’s operations, whereof the majority is in the Nordics and the Baltics.
Prodoc’s vision is to make workplaces more efficient. Prodoc creates modern and user-friendly services, focusing on information and document management, video conferencing and meeting technology. Prodoc provides tools that save time and create efficient workplaces with the environment, individuals and service in focus. We help our customers to free up time to dedicate to their core business. Prodoc has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö. The company has approximately 100 employees and, in 2016, enjoyed a turnover of around SEK 250 million.
Since January 2014, South African IT company Nashua Limited has been Prodoc’s principal shareholder. Nashua is the market leader in South Africa, delivering products and services for communication solutions and document management. Nashua’s parent company, Reunert Limited, is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. In 2016, Reunert Limited had a turnover of SEK 5.7 billion with approximately 6,500 people employed across the group.
